On Sunday, January 13, from 1:00 to 2:30 in the Common Room join the Mental Health Ministry and Page Poris as we discuss your personal, emotional, and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes in end-of-life care. You will be able to leave a record for your family, friends, and doctor about how you want to be treated if you become seriously ill and can’t speak for yourself. We have 20 copies of “Five Wishes”; more can be ordered if needed. Please sign up at uusg.org/fivewishes so that we know how many copies to have available, but don’t stay away just because you haven’t signed up.
