Purpose

The Committee on Ministry will serve as a link between the Minister(s) and the Congregation. Its primary charges are to:

  • Provide feedback from Members to the minister in a constructive way.

  • Help maintain mutual understanding, communication, and trust between Minister(s) and members.

  • Periodically evaluate the minister’s work relative to UUSG’s mission and expectations of ministerial duties.
