You’re invited to join this team that brings family, fellowship, and fun together within our UUSG community. We organize a few of the annual events that include the Fall Homecoming Picnic and our weekly Sunday Social Hours. We also offer assistance to other committees for their events.

This is a great opportunity to meet the interesting and active folks within our walls. If your schedule is limited consider being a “Friend of H&F." This gives you the chance to participate but on your schedule.

We welcome ideas that bring adults and children together and enhance fellowship and gratitude.

Social Hour Sign-Up

A new year of our Sunday after service Social Hours begins on Sunday, September 14th. The SignUpGenius page is now published and ready to go. Social hour is a community event and we hope you will consider signing up to help. We are looking for members to sign up to bring simple treats such as mini muffins, cheese and crackers, fruits or veggies, donuts, etc.; and also for setup and cleanup help. 

Approximately once a month we will continue to do our Ramped Up Social Hours. These special Sundays have a meal planned which coordinates with the theme for that particular Sunday. These dates have setup and cleanup slots listed on the SignUpGenius but not food. Since this is a themed planned meal, contact Kathy Becker at HospitalityLeader@uusg.org for more information on bringing food. All help is greatly appreciated. Sign up at uusg.org/hosting.
