The Mental Health Ministry at UUSG seeks to reduce stigma, provide education, maintain a list of accessible resources, and facilitate supportive conversations regarding mental health.

Mental Health Support Group - Meets Monthly on 2nd Thursdays

Feeling alone as you or a loved one struggles with mental health? UUSG Mental Health Ministries holds a support group the 2nd Thursdays of the month, 7-8:30 pm in the Common Room for supportive conversations and inspiration. Questions? Please reach out to Brenda Shostrom at mentalhealth@uusg.org.
