Our service will consider how the Transcendentalist movement, writ large, concerned itself with individual and social reform, and what its history has to teach us about our own historical moment.

Dr. Mary Lamb Shelden is a lifelong, second-generation UU, a writer, a credentialed and commissioned spiritual director and, as of June 1, Director of Religious Exploration at Countryside Church UU in Palatine.
