Come and Explore the Labyrinth!
This month’s Women’s Circle will explore the history, symbolism, and ritual of this ancient form of self-discovery. Throughout the ages, labyrinths have been used by people of many cultures and faiths to bring more spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being into their lives. It is a walking meditation, which blends movement with inner calm as well as a metaphor for our spiritual journey, with all its twists and turns.
We hope you can join us on Saturday, April 28 from 1-4 pm for the Women’s Circle’s final session of this church year. Julia Friesen and Pat O’Malley will facilitate. After a talk and discussion on labyrinths, we’ll have the opportunity to walk an indoor labyrinth. Come and learn about and experience this fascinating archetype.
You will also have the opportunity to make a free-will donation to help defray the cost of renting the labyrinth.
