It’s that time of year again—Swedish Days is almost here, and we need you (yes, you) to help make our famous Pizza Booth a delicious success!

Once again, we’ll be serving up crowd favorites: piping-hot pizza, mouthwatering meatball subs (shoutout to Josef’s), popcorn, ice-cold drinks, and slushies that could chill the sun. But here’s the catch: none of this happens without your help! This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and honestly... it's also fun!

When you sign up, you’ll be claiming a two-hour shift of excitement—whether you’re pouring sodas, handling cash, or sprinting (gracefully) for food and drinks. You’ll be side-by-side with fellow UUSGers, making memories and maybe even a few meatball sub puns. It's a great way to meet new people, reconnect with old friends, or just flex your customer service charm.

Prefer fast-paced fun? Choose a mealtime shift. Like things a bit more chill? Morning or mid-afternoon is your jam. And yes, kids can help too—if they can count change, follow rules, and handle hot food (sorry, no slushy taste-testers).

And if booths aren’t your thing, we’ve got you covered! We also need folks to pick up pizzas from Charlie Fox’s and deliver them to the booth. It’s a perfect gig for those who prefer their volunteering with a side of A/C and Spotify.
