Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans
Household & Personal Care Item Donations

Twice per year UUSG veterans take donated goods to the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton, which are distributed to needy veterans and their families in the area. The congregation has responded well in recent years to these requests, and we ask you to do so again. The shelter greatly appreciates the large number of goods we deliver every six months.

If you would like to help, please consider donating any of these items:
●    Toilet Paper Rolls
●    Paper Towel Rolls
●    Toothbrush
●    Toothpaste
●    Bar Soap
●    Deodorant
●    Bodywash
●    Shampoo
●    Disinfectant Wipes
●    Laundry Pods
●    Kitchen Trash Bags
●    Hand Wipes
●    Pairs of socks
●    Razors
●    Mouthwash
●    Kleenex
Please bring items from the above list to the Common Room no later than November 18. UUSG veterans will take the materials to the shelter and pack them for needy families. Contact Aaron Fogleman with questions. Thank you for your support
