Neurodiversity is the concept that neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia are natural variations in the human genome, rather than deficits or disorders to be cured. It promotes the idea that there is no single "right" way for a brain to function, and encourages acceptance of diverse thinking, learning, and behavioral styles.

Join us Tuesday, September 15 from 7–8:30 PM for our next UUSG Neurodiversity Group gathering, where we’ll dig into the topic of masking with a short presentation and overview. We’ll also revisit the tips for working with neurodivergent folks and open the floor for group discussion, book recommendations, and ideas for future sessions. All are welcome, whether you’re neurodivergent, neurotypical, or still figuring it out.
