At our Women’s Circle on November 17th, we will be talking about and experiencing gratitude. The benefits of practicing gratitude are profound. It is proven to increase our happiness, our social connectivity, our resilience, and our immune system.
We will be looking more deeply at the practice of gratitude, what it is, what it isn’t, how it benefits us, and how we can enhance and expand our experience of gratitude. We’ll come together to share tools, techniques, and experiences of gratitude and will close with a gratitude meditation. We begin at 1:00 and end at 4:00.
