For Women’s Circle final spring session, we invite you to explore an ancient form of self-discovery, the ritual of walking a labyrinth together. Throughout the ages, labyrinths have been used by people of many cultures and faiths to bring more spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being into their lives. It is a walking meditation, which blends movement with inner calm, as well as a metaphor for our spiritual journey, with all its twists and turns, which seems especially appropriate in our community’s time of transition.
We hope you can join us on Saturday, April 27 from 1-4 pm for Women’s Circle at the Tau Center, 26W171 Roosevelt Rd, Wheaton, near Marianjoy Rehab Hospital. We’ll have input from our guest facilitator Sr. Glenna Czachor, the opportunity to walk an indoor labyrinth or use a handheld labyrinth if preferred, and small group listening circles. Come and experience this fascinating archetype, and discover what insights the journey might have for you.
